About Melissa Raffoni

After 20+ years of growing and successfully transitioning a well established northeast professional services firm focused on providing services to CEOs of growth companies, I have shifted gears from CEO Peer Groups and CEO / Leadership Team Strategic Planning to One on One Leadership Coaching, Advisory Board work and special projects around areas of interest. My intent is to use the skills and experience that I acquired working with successful CEOs to continue to bring clarity to complexity, surface what matters, and drive meaningful change. I am a purposeful connector who takes pride in building long-term relationships. I lead with caring and seek to create memorable experiences for myself and for those around me. I understand what it takes to be a good C-Suite leader and am open to collaborating on how we can all better lead in today's changing world, because it is clear that new skills are required. My current passions and interests include:-leadership in todays rapidly changing evironment, with an emphasis on communication, culture and focus-entrepreneurship and innovation,-the study of human behavior,-helping others to be the best that they can be while working on my own personal growth, -challenging the status quo, -building things, -cross cultural travel, -education, -hanging out with bold leaders, -figuring out how to age gracefully, -spending time with my family, -dancing to reggae music, and-sluggishly improving my skills in Spanish and as an artist.
