In my role as a student and a leader, advocating for diverse representation in higher education has given me valuable experience in promoting inclusivity, equity, and social change within the academic environment. I have held various leadership positions in student organizations, where I have led teams of motivated individuals toward common goals. This experience has allowed me to develop strong leadership skills and effectively collaborate with others.I have been a vocal advocate for diverse representation within higher education. This includes championing initiatives to increase the enrollment and retention of underrepresented minority students, as well as fostering an inclusive campus culture that celebrates diversity. I have actively engaged in lobbying for policy changes and institutional reforms aimed at creating a more equitable and inclusive environment within my university.
