Behavioral Health Supervisor

•Provides individual or group supervision of HBTS/HBS and PASS workers.•Responsible for the development of Treatment Plans, PASS Plans, and the writing of goals and objectives.•Instructs home-based workers and PASS workers on proper implementation of treatment and Support Plan interventions.•Observe home-based workers and PASS workers treating the child on a monthly basis.•Provides direction for emergency situations.•Works closely with treatment coordinator to schedule team meetings, etc.•Monitors progress of treatment plan and PASS plan.*Develops and oversees all HBTS and PASS services treatment plans.*Works with children and adolescent within a homebased setting. Such diagnoses include autism, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, depression, various cognitive limitations, and other learning disorders.

Clinician for the cognitively impaired and autistic spectrum students •Assessment and evaluation of juvenile sexual offenders, including psychosocial history and risk for re-offending.•Provide sexual offender specific individual, group, and family therapy.•Develop and use sexual offender specific psychoeducational/cognitive behavioral materials and curricula in treatment, including workbooks, relapse prevention plans, cognitive distortions, and sexual abuse cycles.•Detect and assess co-morbid conditions such as mood, behavioral, thought, and substance abuse disorders.•Prepare reports, write progress notes, and maintain treatment records.•Develop treatment goals for treatment/individual service plans.•Attend all treatment and unit meetings as well as IEP/PPT meetings.•Attend referral agency, court, and other outside meetings as necessary, and provide recommendations as requested. Communicate with outside referral sources, agencies and departments, and providers.•Oversight for case management and the coordination of treatment services. •Develop aftercare recommendations and plans.

Clinical Director•As a member of the management team, assist the program in developing policies and procedures for the operation of the unit and the well being of our residents. •Utilizes training methods and weekly supervision. Addresses issues as they arise within the unit, and carries out the duties of the Clinical Department, as well as, directives by the program director.•Assist in facilitating communication between all components in order to gain as much information and insight into the residents needs as possible.•Maintain an individual case load.•Provide crisis intervention, suicide assessment, and psychological referrals as needed.•Interact in a team atmosphere in order to solve problems and meet the needs of staff members and residents.•Act as a liaison between the program and other agencies by representing the program at designated meetings, trainings, and conferences.•Develop and maintain a Clinical Intern Program.•Lead a multi-disciplinary team on a weekly basis in order to review all client cases.•Ensure that all necessary paperwork, such as time sheets, various schedules, census reports, and time-off requests are maintained and presented.•Facilitates violent and sexual offender specific process groups.•Facilitates psychoeducational groups such as anger management, social skills, and moral reasoning.
