In addition to the Gaithersburg project, the program included a new facility in Baltimore, MD, Core and Shell build out in Tysons Corner, VA, tenant fit out in an occupied building in Washington, DC, and 124,000 sq ft Addition plus renovation in Largo, MD. The program management role ensured that all program concerns be shared with all Hubs. Jacobs provided full program services during all phases of design through final construction. As a member of the team with Kaiser, Jacobs made final decisions on procurement, design, constructability and general contractors’ awards and evaluations. During construction Jacobs provided management for all aspects of construction including budget, schedule, quality control and quality assurance through weekly reporting and monthly presentations to KP upper management.• Full-time on-site with overall responsibility for all project delivery services and full accountability for the performance of the Jacobs Program Management Team. • Responsible for coordination of staffing and project management efforts at all project locations to optimize the collective expertise and capabilities of the project team and balance workload proportionate to staffing resources and project demands.• Communications with senior management for project status briefings, issue resolution and strategic planning.• Maintaining program-wide status information including master project list, global project progress checklist, monthly reporting, and work schedule coordination to provide reliable reporting and integrity of overall program delivery quality.• Overall responsibility for program budget and schedule
