Responsible for driving branch Associate Engagement Survey follow-up and communication; shaping and managing the branch Rewards and Recognition strategy; and leading both the Branch Manager Council and Branch Associate council which provide two-way communication between the field and branch leadership in influence strategic decision making and facilitate feedback.

Responsible for managing the performance of a team of manager level supervision principals providing guidance and leadership towards their responsibility to identify trends, patterns and mitigating supervisory gaps that present risk to the firm including sales compensation surveillance and accommodation and promotion abuse. Had the opportunity to redesign Incentive WSP and oversight structure when TD Ameritrade moved their sales network to a net asset sales model that presented many new risks and challenges to the firm.

Maintain a set customer territory and drive sales through creating and implementing new marketing strategies. Not only meet but exceed distribution and sales goals and quotas.
