• Served as lead for the Symantec Corp. backup and recovery account; developed effective product campaigns that included metrics and goals, overall launch strategy and tactical development. • Developed relationships with business, trade and vertical press to secure contributed content and secure interviews with client executives. • Led the development and execution of multiple social media efforts including, Google+ Hangout planning and strategy, social media influencer programs, and social media monitoring and tracking. • Served as the main lead for the F5 Networks thought leadership initiative, securing more than 50 contributed articles in key, influential publications in a two year period. • Managed the highly-successful onsite survey program at several major industry tradeshows and conferences, assisting with all aspects of survey development and post-survey creation of marketing materials/deliverables; also conducted pitching efforts on survey results, garnering coverage with trade, business and vertical press.
