As an individual who has entered the workplace within the last few years, it is important to me that I expand my skill set as much as possible. Currently, I am employed as a Claims Administrator at Beazley Insurance. Concurrently, I participate in acting classes, as I have an appreciation for the television and film industry. I've been an extra in four major motion pictures, and currently train with Lauren Patrice Nadler out of Los Angeles. Prior, I was a Management Assistant after passing the Management Trainee Program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I focused on generating revenue for my branch as well as exhibiting excellent customer service skills to maintain the brand. I finished up my senior year of college as a marketing major, psychology minor at Central Connecticut State University in May of 2020. I was a cash lead at American Eagle Outfitters and then became a sales lead to develop my managerial skills. It was a memorable entry into the world of customer service and retail, and it taught me all of the important people skills I would later go on to utilize. Before American Eagle, I worked at a country club making 'tee-time' reservations for very passionate golfers. The company really took a chance on me, considering I had never (and still have never) played a game of golf before.Prior to being a college student, I held a very energetic job at a daycare in my hometown. I like to think that if I could learn the inner-workings of two-year-olds, I may be able to get the hang of any job. I am equally as proud of the lessons I learned while I played as an outfielder on my high school's softball team. When I have free time, I enjoy volunteering at an animal shelter with my family, going to the movies, and attending as many concerts as I can.My current objective is to diversify my work experiences and showcase my observation, communication, and creativity skills.I hope to have a career where I am around people. It has always been fascinating to me to understand how people work, and how to communicate with them.
