I provided Super User and End User classroom instruction in the Epic Cadence application in Ambulatory settings. I offered exceptional presentations to effectively meet the needs of learners at all levels. I led Epic Super User communication and educational skills training as well as OnBase application training to interface with Epic functionality. I supported Provider and Clinical Support Staff Epic Ambulatory classes.

I provided formal instruction and support to all levels of medical staff at IU’s multi hospital campus for the Cerner ClinDoc Redesign project with special attention to PowerChart, I/O I-Flowsheet, Pharmnet, Patient Plans of Care and Orders. I instructed classes of all sizes and provided one on one assistance as well as multi-unit support at go-live activation. I worked effectively with computer-savvy clinical staff members as well as novices moving away from paper charting for the first time.
