The Shelfology Brand Captain is responsible for customer and brand partner interactions. As the Brand Captain, I work with the Customer Experience Team Manager to provide guidance, compliance and organizational direction for all touch points of the customer e-commerce experience. I assist with social media influencer collaboration approval and project management in partnership with our marketing department to provide content and brand appropriate images. I represent and manage the Shelfology brands retail partnerships and Trade Show calendar, and am responsible for onboarding new brands for co-branded marketing partnerships and ensuring their success through media and marketing campaigns.

As the Manager of Customer Service, I was responsible for all front-facing customer interactions. From the first call or email, I led my team to consistent, technically correct, and lightning-fast answer times. Continued training, organization of communication loops with other departments, and creation of templates and clear processes marked my time as manager. The goal always being to provide the customer with the best user experience possible, and to support the team from within by providing clear direction and best practices to support their success.

I am a highly motivated and skilled director of children's performing arts. My work with Singers Company is dedicated to inspiring confidence to girls ages 5-11 through song and dance. In 6 years I have taught over 200 students and helped them gain social and emotional skills while creating an environment designed to help them thrive in song and dance performance. Adaptability, classroom management, planning and orchestration of large events and off-site performances are my forte. I create a warm, welcoming environment where girls can excel as they learn through fun weekly classes. My goal is to spread the mission of Singers Company and help each student in my classroom "Share her Voice" with the world!

Co-Owner of Dream Dinners franchise location in Lansing, Michigan. As the co-owner I assisted in the operation and day to day management of the store. Scheduling, employee training and health code compliance fell under my purview. Providing a seamless customer experience from beginning to end as customers ordered and then attended prep sessions in person was our goal, with success being measured by customer ability to manage and succeed at providing organized weekly family meals with a low cost and easy preparation.

Coordinated patient care, insurance billing, clinical scheduling and outreach services for the greater Flint area MDA office. Worked closely with clinic physicians to coordinate office visits, testing, and purchase of equipment necessary for patient care. Organized and implemented all aspects of MDA Summer Camp for children 7-18 years old.
