It is my pleasure to assist the Director of Longview, along with all other managers at the 3 plants in Longview. I love my job & the people I work for!

Administrative Assistant- assist office manager, collect all employees time for payroll, answermulti-line phone system, fax, mail carrier, notary public, office translator, create invoices, enter bills, organizeand maintain all office and field supplies, constant communication with employees in the field. Handled allfleet and credit cards, drove company vehicles to auto repair shops, handled all mobile and air card devicesalong with all troubleshooting.

Office Manager-managed an extremely busy private practice. Supervised and trained 7 to 10employees for a day and night shift clinic. Took care of the ER on-call schedule for 3 physicians. Officetranslator, notary public, patient care advocate, trained to assist in all aspects of the office. Able to check inpatients, check out patients, call in prescriptions, schedule diagnostic testing, verify insurance, acquire RQI's,medical records, dictation, collections, assist physician in exam room, perform EEG's on all patients, includinginfants. Ran business and personal errands for physician. Handled the credentialing for 3 hospitals. Scheduledand organized all office and personal functions for physician. Patient assistance, ranging from medication topossible housing. Even made physicians lunch for a few years, due to his unique taste. My goal was to insurethat every patient felt special and at ease during their diagnoses process. Helped patients cope with theirdiagnosis through support groups, patient education, and a listening ear. And above all, kept physicianorganized and "Happy".
