- Provide individual and group counseling, instruction, and mentoring for children struggling with social, emotional, and behavioral problems at several sites in Crawford and Venango Counties.- Assess barriers to learning and determine the best instructional strategies to improve learning in both the classroom environment and home environment- Promote wellness and resilience by reinforcing communication and social skills, problem solving, anger management, self-regulation, self-determination, and optimism- Evaluate eligibility for special education services - Assist parents and teachers/administrative staff with skills to enhance home-school collaboration- Make referrals and help coordinate community support services - Design and implement academic and behavioral interventions - Support effective individualized instruction to create a positive classroom environment - Collect and analyze data related to improvement, student outcomes, and accountability requirements- Coordinate the delivery of services to families in and outside of the center- Ensure the pyramid model is implemented with integrity in each center- Provide professional development and learning opportunities  for staff working with children- Attend necessary meetings with internal and external providers, trainings and seminars as required

- Provide mental health therapy via the Talkspace Platform on an iOS Device for individuals or couples- Obtain clients from the People Space App based on current presentation of their symptoms and therapist competency level. - Provide therapy based on the client’s chosen therapy package (Direct Messaging, Video and/or Audio Chat)- Respond and engage clients at least 1-2 times a day within a period of 8 hours 5 days a week- Utilize various techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Anger Management Skills, Self-care skills, Grief and Loss, Positive Psychology- Maintain each client's online profile and distribute appropriate assessments on a monthly basis to track progress

- Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy for individuals diagnosed with mental illness- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing face to face assessments to identify each client’s need for internal and external services and facilitate referrals accordingly. - Complete detailed comprehensive client-centered treatment plans dependent upon the client's unique needs and review progress with treatment goals in session every 3 months- Facilitate necessary referrals for psychiatric care, case management services, and additional community supports as needed.

- Provide specialized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities who are experiencing behavioral challenges- Review subordinates call logs, verify and initial hours worked- Review and sign off on all subordinates paperwork and assures accuracy for licensing and billing purposes through ongoing monitoring of service delivery- Track utilization of services provided to each client in the Behavior Support Program and report any disruptions or waivers needed- As the PIC Chair - Coordinate and conduct self-audits of all of the agency programs on a monthly basis of all services provided to ensure compliance and report results to the Compliance Officer- Attend monthy Compliance Committee Meetings- Monitor implementation of Behavior Support plans and revise as needed- Assign employees tasks that will facilitate personal growth and value, and counsel them with respect to what is needed for upward mobility and within the employment structure- Attend meetings to review Behavior Support Plans for each client- Review daily T-logs and GER reports regarding behavior of clients and take appropriate action/training needed. Assign Behavior Specialist as appropriate to follow up.- Provide direct supervision to the Behavior Specialists to assure there is correct implementation of behavior plans through observation, training, monitoring, modeling, and coaching

- Facilitate individual therapy for individuals diagnosed with mental illness- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing face to face assessments to identify each client’s need for internal and external services and facilitate referrals accordingly. - Complete detailed comprehensive client-centered treatment plans dependent upon the client's unique needs and review progress with treatment goals in session every 3 months- Facilitate crisis intervention counseling if and when needed- Participate in supervision meetings and staff meetings

- Facilitate individual and group therapy for individuals with all levels of mental illness who are involved in the criminal justice system (County, State, and Federal) and have been released into the community.- Maintain productivity standards for individual and group therapy as established by the Forensic Outpatient Clinics- Caseload size includes 70-130 clients at a given time- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing face to face assessments to identify each client’s need for internal and external services and facilitate referrals accordingly (Targeted Case Management, Inpatient/Outpatient Drug and Alcohol, Inpatient Mental Health, Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, Residential Treatment Facilities for Adults)- Complete detailed comprehensive client-centered treatment plans dependent upon the client’s unique individual needs and review progress with treatment goals in session every 3 months- Utilize various counseling techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Couples/Marriage Counseling, Family Therapy, Grief/Loss Counseling, and Basic Coping Skills.- Maintain communication with each client’s Probation/Parole Officer and complete monthly progress reports for clients at the State and county level related to progress in treatment.- Guide clients to stay focused on recovery from mental illness and addiction- Participation in weekly and monthly supervision meetings to engage in client staffing and supervision. - Attend various trainings pertaining to the mental health, drug and alcohol, and criminal justice fields. - Facilitate crisis intervention counseling when necessary- Facilitate appropriate referrals for follow up care/treatment after a client has completed their time on probation/parole
