Hello,I began as a mechanic when I joined the USMC. I completed 2 tours to Afghanistan while I served. while there, I worked on starters and alternators. I recieved a Navy Achievement Medal for saving the corps 1.5 million dollars for rebuilds and getting vehicles back in operations without having to wait for a new part. After leaving the corps, I went on to study automotive with a 2 year technical degree as well as receiving my associates at the same time. from there, I've worked in 2 dealerships and a small shop for a few years. I left in 2017 and began working at Domino's where I went from being a delivery person to becoming a store manager. in the span of 6 years, I successfully ran 3 stores. while at each store, I continued to increase profit and sales and had a very low employee turnover rate. I am now back in the automotive field running a 1.5 million store and trying to take over as store manager. I have very good customer service skills and relate to customers while being empathetic and well mannered.As a manager, I respect those under my supervision but keep a high expectation of how I want the store to run. I firmly believe that if you help your team members, they'll help you!
