·Work closely with Account Executive/Agency to build media plan to the client’s satisfaction·Manage efforts with Sales Assistants, Traffic and Marketing to ensure sold schedules run as ordered·Keep track of ratings information and steward accounts to ensure media plan delivery·Send out quarterly MSA reports with detailed summary of said quarter’s ratings information·Required to continually problem solve in response to a constantly changing programming environment

·Maintain daily record of available commercial inventory for USA Network & made sure said inventory is used in a way that benefits the network most·Assist Sales staff with resolving pre-empted units and/or units in dead selling titles·Work with Sales Planners to secure commercial inventory for any new business·Enter in all brand, advertiser, and agency information that is new to USA and Sci-Fi channels

·Responsible for the input, modification, and upkeep of network spot and direct response plans and sales contracts in multiple sales systems·Required to add, change, or delete information to existing contracts upon agency request·Applied copy to each individual Direct Response contract as per agency instruction·Acted as a liaison between client and marketing department for all sponsorship aspects (i.e., time frame, production requests, copy approval, etc.)
