My journey includes significant roles as a Business Process Analyst and Business Systems Analyst at AAA, where I played a key role in a transformative eight-year project that unified nine legacy systems into a cohesive insurance quoting platform.In my early role as a Test Lead, I managed UAT, prioritized defects, and collaborated with development teams and stakeholders to craft and refine requirements while addressing insurance regulatory queries. As an analyst, I oversaw the beta testing process across all states for home, auto, and umbrella insurance.
