Thus leading to award winning programs for the franchises at retail, and licensed promotions during my tenure.Led regional CNE licensing, marketing, creative and LBE teams, together with licensing agents I appointed.Achievements:Delivered the largest commercial deals for Cartoon Network Enterprises, for the region historically, via expansion into new categories, geographies and distribution channels.Negotiated and led creative on CNE's first in world, fully themed/skinned Airbus A320 deal with Thai Smile for Adventure Time.Championed the development and execution on CNE's first regional strategy and P&L for LBE across all branded formats including Exhibitions, Live Events, Family Entertainment Centres (FEC), Theme Parks, Hotel/Resorts, Retail, Dining & Entertainment (RDE) and Cruise Ships.Negotiated CNE's first in world, fully themed, 40 acre waterpark, Cartoon Network Amazone, together with leading creative, project management, merchandise, guest experiences, OTG and on-air sponsorships, operational standards and compliance. Launched in 2014, Cartoon Network Amazone received numerous Travellers' Choice (Tripadvisor) awards, together with the Leading Edge Award (2014) for innovative design, themes and interactive experiences from the WWA (World Waterpark Assocation).Negotiated CNE's first in world, fully themed 400+ key branded hotel and 150 branded residential units.
