- Developed, implemented, and managed performance improvement of Medicare HEDIS program while identifying and articulating results, barriers, and opportunities- Drove strategic direction and development of the program - Managed relationship with HEDIS® vendor to ensure appropriate oversight of accuracy and timely delivery of data to plan, escalation of issues, and management of HEDIS® process for Medicare Advantage (MA) line of business (LOB)- Coordinated with Quality team to ensures all audit requirements for HEDIS® medical record review requirements are met, including the annual HOQ and Roadmap submission, as related to MA LOB
