- Serve as a Privacy Specialist in the Privacy Compliance Branch, providing technical advice and guidance to Census Bureau staff and other stakeholders regarding Federal privacy compliance procedures. - Monitor, review, and report on all data breaches/violations involving personally identifiable information (PII) and/or business identifiable information (BII) at the enterprise level - Develop and analyze reports, identify trends, and make appropriate suggestions to senior privacy staff members and to the Chief of the Privacy Compliance Branch.

Supported the cyber security, cloud, and budget systems for the Census Bureau with the following duties for each:- Assists in the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of security requirements within the Census Bureau’s Risk Management Framework- Advises the System Owner on all matters technical and involving the security of information systems, to ensure the appropriate implementation of security requirements.- Collaborate with System point of contacts to implement security controls in accordance with system security plan. - Works with System Owner and Office of Information Security to monitor the information system and its environment, which may include developing and updating the system security plan, managing and controlling changes, and assessing the security impact of those changes. - Advise Census Bureau staff on NIST 800-53 control requirements- Assist program areas in developing IT security policies and procedures- Assist program areas in identifying IT security risks and creating mitigation strategies- Implement and monitor IT security controls - Create and maintain authorization documentation and related documents- Create and maintain privacy documentation including privacy threshold analysis (PTA) and privacy impact analysis (PIA)- Coordinate and disseminate changes to IT security requirements- Gather and maintain data for data calls requested by the Department of Commerce Data - Plan quarterly Census Bureau IT security conferences- Identify, develop, and resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) in a timely manner - Provided customer service in collaboration, consultation, and partnership with customers, other agencies, and stakeholders. - Identify, Remediate and Monitor IT system vulnerabilities by creating Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)

- Performed IT security audits on Information Technology Systems as part of the Risk Management Framework at the US Census Bureau. - Served as an administrator for the Census Bureau on the Department of Commerce Cyber Security Assessment & Management (CSAM) website creating, managing, and maintaining system access authorizations. - Planned quarterly Census Bureau IT security conferences

- Updated and maintained customer information for the naval base’s telephone services- Identified, digitized, and cataloged information into the Manikon database- Assisted co-workers in assigning cell phones and air cards to customers
