Welcome! I have enjoyed operating and working for several start-up businesses over my lifetime including a starting a business start-up company similar to Legal Zoom before that company's launch, starting a non-profit Christian Public Library, being an integral part of the startup and fruition of a grass-roots black-led nonprofit organization dedicated to impacting marginalized youth around the world, and my current business, enriching people's lives through the beauty of hair braiding. While these businesses seemingly have little to do with one another each fits perfectly into my life as a fire wife and mother to 4 beautiful children, offering me the flexibility to make my schedule while making a difference daily in people's lives. I have had a love affair with the art of learning new things and continually self-educating on interests I have and meeting the upcoming needs of the businesses and clients I have the opportunity to serve. Over time, at my various entrepreneurial endeavors, in addition to my formal education, I have acquired a wide set of skills including graphic design using the Canva Platform, accounting operations using QuickBooks, budgeting, interpersonal skills like time management and teamwork, business management and operations, marketing, and advertising. I recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with my BS in Business will a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies.
