As Channel Manager, I administer workflow, communication, and initiation of the top priorities for Kelty Sales and overall brand endeavors. This includes coordination with all lines of business and delivery channels. I’m a leader for the brand, with direct interactions with the Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams. An expert in project management for Sales and Marketing, training on best practices, and partnering with all sales functions and customer facing events. I work closely with key accounts and Kelty’s field sales team on VTA and routing updates, customer programming, order book management, sales forecasting, and content management.

Ensure the needs of the sales reps are fulfilled in timely and efficient manner, while helping the reps provide the information Dealer Service needs to do their jobs well.• Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. • Assists with territory planning and alignment.• Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

- Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. - Work with sales and channel teams to provide accurate feedback and additional sales opportunities.- E commerce Channel: Navigate through vendor sites to manage sales and order process, update inventory feeds, communicate compliance standards and guidelines to all departments for each account and insure each department settings are set to customer compliance regulations.

Fine wine is like fine art. Learning the details of what goes into producing a bottle of wine and how the end results can lead to such amazing aromas and flavors is a truly wonderful knowledge to have. My experience in wine began with selling boutique French Wines. My fiancé Matthew is still selling wine and has one of the best palates I have ever seen. Together we enjoy learning and talking about wine and pairing food with different vintages, not to mention we made a great sales team! I also enjoyed designing the marketing materials that we used to promote our products and distributed to our vendors.

During my time as Director of Mary Williams Fine Arts I held many roles. I worked with passion with interior designers and artists to make the walls of Residential, Hotel, Resort and Corporate Environments more beautiful. I designed custom frames to fit the needs of each client. I built relationships with our clients to assist them with their needs and enjoyed consulting with them on a one on one basis. My successful sales career began here. I also worked on all advertising and marketing for the gallery, including management of the website.
