Responsible for all the acquisition/fusin transition for 4 hotels on a big resort complex in northeast of Brazil, during a sale process.

Responsible for overview all areas in HR Office including Recruitment & Selection, Wages & Benefits, Employee Relations, Internal Communication and Recognition, Training, Performance Management, Work on Finance and Strategic Management, People Soft Management. Strategic Consulting, including business plan & brand positioning strategy development

Opening Team for both hotels. Responsible for all Training Programs implementation as well as all Internal Communication and Core Values Programs as Loyalty, Savvy Service and Spirit to Serve. Information collection and analysis to identify organizational and the hotels training and development needs. Contribution in made the setting of departmental.

I worked in different positions in the operational area and during this time I was deeply involved on trainings and ISO 9000 certification. I actively participate on work groups and special projects.

Being a business owner and responsible for all parts of the process gave a wide and systemic vision of a company. It also gave me the owner thinking with a strategic view of making business. Above all, I learned a lot from my mistakes.

Working inside the international tax free area at the Airport of Sao Paulo I could be in touch and handle business transactions with all kinds of people and from several cultures and languages. This job developed my sales skills, persuasion, negotiation and communication at all levels.
