Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to gain experience in managing implementation for SaaS companies, while simultaneously transitioning the team from customer service to customer success.As an implementation manager, I successfully transitioned roughly 5,000 users from an under-performing software to Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud and onboarded 15,000+ new users. From sales handoff to go live and beyond, I was able to build strong relationships with executives/stakeholders, turn business needs into solutions and improve the overall end user experience. I have been able to accelerate customer adoption by customizing and leading software training on every level, and creating a library of resources to increase admin knowledge/self-sufficiency. During my time as Customer Success Manager, I have had the pleasure of revamping the customer experience from start to finish, increase the methods of contact for support, and implement enhancements based on customer feedback/surveys. The knowledge gained has greatly impacted my interaction with customers, and has made me a more proactive success partner.
