Including the development and management of timelines, a $200,000 budget and managing a project staff of 10 people.Promoted from Manager to Director after 2 years with USGBC.

Responsible for student recruitment and counseling for potential applicants. Directed a seven week residential summer program for 35 college students in public policy including hiring and supervising 10 staff members. This included designing and executed the structure of the MLI including all logistics such as site visits, speakers and the budget.Supervised 6 graduate students, including long-term planning for the operations of the student affairs graduate office as well as day-to-day activities.Represented the University at 20 graduate school fairs and met with prospective students to advise them on all aspects of the graduate program.
