I am the owner and property manager of single family homes in Sioux Falls, SD. I also have rental properties in Birmingham, AL which are managed by Spartan Invest. My goal is to expand my real estate portfolio with one property per year.

Create unique and attractive designs for clients, including but not limited to: logo design, business cards, brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces and custom HTML websites and Wordpress websites. I frequently use the Adobe Creative Cloud for all designing including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver. I also create websites for clients with Wordpress, allowing them to maintain their website themselves. My main focus is working with real estate agents, non-profits and small business owners. I enjoy helping people create a brand for themselves, or make a statement for an upcoming event to help maximize their marketing efforts at a fraction of the cost.

I was in charge of all print and internet advertising for a tire wholesale company, as well as helping our customers which include automotive service centers across South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming and Montana. Created and printed product catalogs for tires, exhaust and equipment.Designed and maintained our wholesale, e-commerce and retail websites. Created and maintained our social media accounts on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. I also created and built a customer list using Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.Obtained proper approval and documentation on all flyers and newspaper ads created in order to submit for coop reimbursement from our various vendors.Coordinated our annual travel club trips: over 100 customers were eligible. Created and sent out brochures with information for the 2 trip choices, as well as updating the information on the company website and Facebook page. Created an Access Database with all customer information including secure information such as passport and DOB.Organized our annual trade shows in Rapid City, Bismarck and Sioux Falls. We had 20+ vendors present and I was in charge of setting up the booths for each vendor and accommodated more than 1,000 customers with food, beverages, specials catalogs and a 30-minute multimedia presentation created with Adobe Flash showcasing all of the new products for the year.
