CurrentSunshine bakery packaging company is focus on manufacture bakery packaging products (cake board, cake drum, cake box, cookie box, biscuit box, cake stand and so on), and also provide vertical setup service in bakerypackaging industrial (design, sourcing, production, warehousing, coordination, logistics, customized packaging and new product development).Because deeply in love with Bakery, I founded this company, hope create the package, deliver the sweets to all over the world.As a general manager, I take the responsibility for:1. Organization strategy development of the company2. Team building and management3. Ensure the consistent performance of operational standards in order to meet customers’ satisfaction4. Monitor productivity and profitability of daily operations, quality of services as well as the improvement of skilled manpower5. Responsible for the whole business operation and formulating overall business plan and direction, budget preparation and control, and management strategies.This is what I can bring to the table after 9 years’ running—1. Stablish a production quality standard for cake board and cake box manufacturer.2. Start from Zero, established a sales team with 20+ young person within two years’ time.3. Successfully expand our service range from manufacturer vendor to provide vertical set service for bakerypackaging industrial.4. Finished a 50% increase in sales in 2021 (during the outbreak)5.
