20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Utilities, Transportation, Public Works, and Information Technology Project Management, Change Management, Solution Architecture, and Asset Analyst, focusing on the transition and implementation of Accounting and Management Solutions (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management/Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (EAM/CMMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. I have implemented successful maintenance practices and continuous improvement initiatives, including developing essential elements for effective maintenance management using governing principles and concepts for maintenance excellence. I am also proficient in Change Management, Quality Assurance project practices, application testing, and end user training of CMMS principals and applications, as well as specification development for metric reporting and interface requirements.I am a contributing author for several IBM Redbook technical manuals which describe the current version of IBM’s Maximo Asset Management (MAM v7) product. These books include installation of the new application, configuration, and feature guidelines of both the MAM full suite and the light suite.
