I hold the role of assistant manager where I look over a team of 5 + individuals. My daily roles include organizing reservations at the branch and managing the organization of the branch. A large part of my role is interacting with customers and ensuring completely satisfied customer service and their experience. My role also includes accounts receivable, communicating with insurance adjusters and body shops as well as corporate accounts.

As Recreational Coordinator my duties entail coordinating the recreational program to increase enrolment. I am in charge of producing schedules, duties and evaluations for a small group of coaches to ensure everything runs efficiently and effectively. I throughly enjoy my position as it allows me to interact with various individuals and learn on a daily basis.

As a marketing intern, I have the opportunity to promote on-campus events via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I also developed hands-on experience promoting events around campus through flyers, tabling and marketing.
