Program success in the Northern region resulted in my employment as Regional Team Lead.My role as Regional Team Lead involved managing and supervising team members, including scheduling, training and recruitment of new Program Ambassadors. Responsible for receiving the Organic Box shipments at a warehouse, processing and distributing orders to up to 140 customers on delivery days with support of Program Ambassadors.
