Having joined Imagen within their first year of formation, I collaborated on building the systems & processes for the Integration Department to facilitate acquisition of previously private Dental practices. I enjoyed my role as a kind & collaborative guide for Dentists and their teams as they begin Imagen Partnership. Working within Operations, I collaborated with our Business Development team from signing LOI to Close and work closely with all support departments to onboard the Doctors, Teams, & practices into Imagen support.From January 2 of 2021 through June of 2022, I built the integrations process and contributed to many of the systems and processes that took the company from 1 to 36 practices in the span of 14 months.
