An integral part of the instructional team for the 1-week and 10-week Digital Marketing course, the opinion and experience of the Instructional Associate is valuable in the learning environment - from mentoring students and reinforcing best practices in the field to facilitating conceptual problem-solving sessions and assisting with grading homework.

Responsible for the strategic development and evolution of the RT Edgar brand identity to ensure ongoing alignment with the business plan and service goals. On a day-to-day basis, I manage RT Edgar’s creative/design needs, social media presence, blog content management (including collaborations) and media releases. I facilitate the implementation of new projects and processes within the business, with a focus on consistency across all twenty offices.Notably, I coordinated the 2015 RT Edgar Rebrand, and implemented RT Edgar’s digital strategy through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube. In 2017 developing a private intranet network as a communication solution and marketing collateral hub for all twenty offices and currently I am working on the redesign of the RT Edgar website.www.rtedgar.com.au

Initially commencing with RT Edgar as a Sales Administrator in July 2007, I was appointed Advertising Manager 12 months later, with an original brief to assist in the redesign of the organisation's brand. This including developing style-guides, advertising templates, advertising board signage, brochures, media ads and marketing kits. The role also involved liaising weekly with media publishers (The Age, Financial Review, The Australian etc) on digital and print media advertising and oversighting and approving print media ad paginations and advertising prior to printing.

In this role, I assisted with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns and building brand awareness via coordinating and planning events, seminars and other activities. Also supported the Sales Manager in managing the sales force and completed all administrative tasks aligned to listings and sales.(Franchise change from LJ Hooker during this period)
