I lead a multi-functional account team to conduct successful and influential market research online communities (MROCs) for clients in a variety of sectors/industries. I develop proposals and budgets that provide appropriate solutions to meet my clients’ needs and work with my team to execute against the determined budgets and timing. I also oversee both the client service and operational pillars for a developing line of business within Ipsos SMX; overseeing the management of various internal teams and external partners throughout each project.

The Business Operations team within SMX works globally to develop best practices, support our internal teams, and propel SMX's continued growth.I manage all short term market research (projects that span 6 months or less) as my team continues to grow and surpass our annual budget goals (more than doubled our revenue last year). Within this role I continue to develop and maintain all SOPs and best practices in regards to short-term MROCs. I also assist in training of new employees and I oversee the budgeting and scope development of short term research. Additionally I work closely with the finance team to process all vendor invoices and I am the internal liaison for our vendors. Specifically, I manage all of the sample vendor relationships and work on further growth and innovation in these relationships. I also continue to manage all long-term community launches (or 'go lives') throughout the world. Along with this I am working to further innovate our current processes to build efficiencies surrounding recruitment and ongoing research.

With a new name and an evolved vision, Ipsos SMX is moving onto roads rarely traveled. Combining market research with engaging communities - Ipsos is bringing focus groups into a new era where consumers are directly on the other side of the monitor. We're not only bringing the consumer voice directly to key decision makers - we're listening to that voice and explaining their story to our clients. In managing the execution of short term communities (MROC spanning <6 months), I support teams during the proposal, research design (including both quantitative and qualitative solutions), and executional phases. I develop and document best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while also ensuring that teams have the necessary resources to successfully complete each project.In addition to managing the Idea Spaces initiative, I also oversee all long-term community launches around the world. I have managed more than 20 launches all over the world and am the key support resource for our partners in the UK, Germany, France, and China.

In my time in OTX, I acted as project manger for one of the department’s largest CPG clients, leading to a successful launch and multi-year renewal. In this role I managed our online databases, coordinated research, and incorporated both quant and qual research into monthly and quarterly reports to gain consumer insights and address our client’s many business needs. I recently moved from that role to manage all global community launches. In this role I oversee different North American and international teams throughout the process of building a new community. This includes everything from the coordination of recruitment with vendors to the configuration of the platform to database set-up and management. I created templates and SOPs for launching new projects and work to ensure that all teams adhere to the guidelines set in place for successful launches. In this role I have overseen more than 10 successful launches for CPG, financial, and tech companies around the globe.I also work closely with the development team to test new enhancements and builds on our Socialized Research Platform.

Purple Trout is a search engine marketing company in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. As a social media specialist, I worked with clients to build and improve upon their presence on social networks. Through the creation of a social media strategy and consistent content, clients saw improved customer service and improved brand awareness.Building a presence for clients within social networks also aided in their search engine optimization efforts. I created techniques to both quantitatively and qualitatively measure and analyze each social network to show which posts garnered the most high quality responses from the target audience.
