Joined Oakwood Homes Corporation as an IT Recruiter/Employee Development Coordinator in the MIS department. I was promoted and transferred into Human Resources Department as Corporate Staffing Manager which oversaw recruitment for corporate and services, and manufacturing administration. This included recruiting, relocation, on boarding and orientation and corporate employee engagement. I expanded to Director of Recruiting and Retention where I added on responsibilities of Retail Recruiting.
