I joined VF as a part-time contract recruiter supporting the Global Business Technology (GBT) organization. It was an easy decision to convert to full time as a Sr. Recruiter and officially join a Company who connects consumers to the lifestyles, activities and experiences they cherish most.

Companies include: • Liberty Hardware (3 month part-time contract) -recruited for corporate exempt positions in Marketing, Finance and IT.• Advanced Home Care (6 month part time contract)-recruited for clinical professionals such as RN, PT, OT, SLP, RT and Specialists and Management professionals.• Wyndham Mills International, third party search firm (6 month part time)-recruited for leadership positions in HR, IT and Marketing.• Genesis Consulting (5 months) -Recruiting for SAP and Agile consultants for Public/Commercial sector clients in the US.

Sourced and recruited clinical professionals (RN, PT, OT, SLP, Pharmacy) for home health positions in NC, VA, TN areas.

Lead a team in HR functions at a brand headquarters and distribution center. HR functions included Recruiting, Safety and Wellness, Benefits and Compensation.

Joined Oakwood Homes Corporation as an IT Recruiter/Employee Development Coordinator in the MIS department. I was promoted and transferred into Human Resources Department as Corporate Staffing Manager which oversaw recruitment for corporate and services, and manufacturing administration. This included recruiting, relocation, on boarding and orientation and corporate employee engagement. I expanded to Director of Recruiting and Retention where I added on responsibilities of Retail Recruiting. This was a new recruiting program for the Retail Company and involved leading a team of regional recruitment managers across the US.
