Executive Program Manager for the IT stream of the Commonwealth Bank's program to demerge it's Wealth Management businesses and create a new standalone company. Responsible for building a team and a plan to analyse the Group's IT systems and make the technical and IT operating model changes required for the two businesses to operate independently from day one.
