Rotational Program - Supply Chain• Sourcing for local products in the Puerto Rico market

• Maintain and manage the overall administrative support for the C-Suite, primarily CEO, CFO, & CHRO.• Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, ensure accuracy of expense reports.• Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of sensitive/confidential nature; determine appropriate course of action or response.• Partner effectively to keep executives well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities• Assist in all aspects of preparation for meetings to ensure maximum productivity, including use of meeting technology.

• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing needs for corporate positions, including managing the job requisition process and ensuring compliance.• Responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leadership talent for current and future corporate roles.• Conduct intake sessions, phone screens and, as applicable, more in depth in-person interviews and support hiring managers with making offers.• Partner with Compensation department to ensure appropriate compensation recommendations are made and approved before extending offers to candidates.

• Administer recruitment process workflow by working with ADP Recruiting Management (ATS), Accusource, and eScreen.• Responsible for sourcing candidates by advertising and/or posting job openings on the resources available.• Serve as the point of contact for receiving and processing requisitions.• Maintain invoicing procedures for all Talent Acquisition vendors.

• Review employment applications to evaluate work history, education, training, and other qualifications • Match applicants with job openings after conducting phone screen, interview, drug screen, and background check• Complete new hire orientation and required paperwork for all new personnel at the branch level• Organize retention efforts by handling employee relations and compliance-related issues
