Provided program and project management services for a large Consumer Goods company. Responsibilities include:- Perform program lead duties for all projects where WWT resources to are assigned to client including project managers and engineers. Responsibilities include resource management, program and project health, customer relationship management and revenue and cost management.- Provide project management best practices mentoring in to infrastructure project managers. Best practices include project planning, implementation cut plans and resource management. Project involves migrating Active Directory workstations and users, data network and voice network to support organization’s system separation activities associated with acquisition of a large private brands company.- Lead an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) initiative focused on the implementation of ServiceNow, an ITSM solution. ServiceNow modules include Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management and Asset Management. Project includes engagement with an implementation partner, developing stakeholder communications, project planning and project budget.

- Led program to transition infrastructure service support to outsource provider. Program includes 4 major technology pillars comprised of 16 individual technical areas. Responsibilities also include establishing Service Level Agreement (SLA) baselines and measurement plans as well as for both Infrastructure and Business Applications.- Led program to separate divestiture from remaining ConAgra Foods businesses. - Led end user focused infrastructure program to migrate 22,000 Exchange mailboxes to Microsoft’s cloud, move 3,000 users to Microsoft’s Intune mobile device management solution and transition 19,000 employees to Cisco Jabber for instant messaging, presence and soft phone functionality. - Responsibilities also included mentoring individual project managers with varying levels of experience.- Led infrastructure program focused on IT support cost reduction, end user satisfaction and productivity improvements and elimination of outdated technology within acquired locations. - Led a financial forecasting and reporting program focused on improving visibility to cost of goods sold as well as profit margins. Delivered on these requirements by partnering with SAP on a two year co-innovation effort to develop two financial applications.

- Led project to implement SAP’s Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) module for transportation and warehousing financial forecasting and reporting. Replaced customer-managed Access databases and Excel workbooks as well as manual processes.- Led project to implement Oracle’s Transportation Management application within ConAgra’s Enterprise transportation function.

- Led staff of 30 in support of transportation, warehouse and order management internal customers and associated applications. Applications included SAP modules specific to orders, warehouse management, shipments, invoices and cash application, Red Prairie warehouse management and Manugistics’s transportation management. - Directed project to implement SAP’s Recipe Management and Quality Management as well as Prodika’s label management within 30+ manufacturing facilities. Included rationalizing 15,000+ product specifications, 3,000+ product recipes and several hundred quality inspection requirements. Partnered with product rollout team to delivery training materials to facility employees. Responsibilities included Human Resource management of 3 managers each with a team of five - nine employees.

- Managed team of ten responsible for internal customer facing support of consumer contact management, chemistry and microbiology sample tracking and manufacturing location time, attendance and scheduling applications.- Led project to implement software to capture all consumer facing contacts received via phone, e-mail, and mail. Initiative included integrating software with call management, accounts payable and FAQ solutions as well as training outsourced call center to utilize application. Decommissioned four legacy solutions and converted two years of history. - Partnered with business lead to transition management of consumer facing contacts from outsourcer to insourced, home-based employees. Included determination of standard desktop and telephony solutions.- Created Enterprise level Time and Attendance team enabling the centralization of support of time, attendance and scheduling applications for 40+ manufacturing facilities.- Directed implementation of an Enterprise Kronos application, including vendor negotiations and development of standardized playbooks for transitioning manufacturing plants to the new version, enabling elimination of multiple legacy versions of Time and Attendance systems.
