Executive Talent Advisor
Current- Responsible for full cycle recruiting for VP+ (no IT) roles across the organization.
- Partner with executives to develop candidate profile. Create strategies for search, interview and assessment to ensure hiring of top talent.
- Drive diversity initiatives by ensuring each search has a diversity slate of candidates.
- Establish and build relationships with senior executives, key influencers, and cross-functional teams to create and present talent solutions to attract talent at an executive level.
- Consult with executive and hiring leaders to recommend and identify most qualified applicants.
- Leverage data and external talent market trends to understand evolving business landscape to advise business leaders on talent solutions.
