Current- Hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling employees- Merchandising with and without an available planogram- Upholding excellent customer service practices and enforcing them- Increasing overall monthly sales- Organizing multiple in-store events a year with profitable results- Handling audits and receiving / damaging inventory- Organization with store freight and backroom- Contacting and working with multiple vendors we use in our store- Checking and filing multiple invoices- Staying on top of current promotions, procedures and requirements- Handling cash office and back office paperwork
