I am a dedicated professional currently within the People & Culture department (commonly known as HR) at a prominent multinational healthcare organization. My primary focus lies in Talent Acquisition, yet I also support various facets of the HR function, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources.In my role, I engage in a wide array of responsibilities, including general HR duties, change management, stakeholder management, and recruitment across the EEMEA region. I am involved in formulating salary proposals, developing policies, implementing Employment Equity and BBBEE in both recruitment and organizational practices, conducting HR audits, and facilitating employee wellness programs and events.My passion for people, driving change, and continuous self-development are the cornerstones of my professional journey.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology and Sociology, as well as an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology with a specialization in Change Management, both from the University of Cape Town.
