•Managed all departmental needs and day-to-day operations of BFA interior design program including oversight of fiscal well-being, curriculum development, course and event scheduling, hiring, mentoring, and evaluating performance of up to 20 faculty members, and advising 300 students in their academic and professional development. •Planned and facilitated co-curricular programs for current students and recruitment events for prospective students.•Organized partnerships with not-for-profit organizations and worked with faculty to develop community-based courses focusing on topics of sustainability, affordable-housing, historic preservation, healthcare and the local arts. •Established partnerships with regional and national employers while assisting in job placement for students and graduates. •Led coordination of curriculum alignment with five branch campuses. •Determined and implemented extensive self-assessment and subsequent strategic plan for curricular, facility and administrative improvements while guiding institution through programmatic accreditation leading to full-term (six years) and department through regional institutional accreditation resulting in full-term (10 years). •Ensured accreditation compliance by managing outcomes assessment each academic term. •Assisted in campus-wide improvements through extensive involvement on Student Success, Technology, Sustainability, and Student Scholarship committees. •Program received national recognition and ranking under leadership.

•Courses of development and instruction included: Introduction to Commercial Space Planning, Architectural Drafting, Materials and Resources, Interior Design Thesis I, Senior Studio, Senior Internship. •Pedagogic style includes lecture, discussion, fieldwork, experiential, team-building and studio. •Founding faculty advisor for campus-wide community outreach student organization.

•Project experience included commercial interior design and architectural services ranging in project size from 3,000 s.f. to 500,000 s.f. •Led design process including concept development, materials selection, space planning, client presentation production, construction document preparation, construction schedule and fieldwork supervision, internal project team, vendor, consultant and client management. •National client base included: Verizon Wireless (call centers), Microsoft (sales offices), Astra Pharmaceuticals (corporate office), Prudential (corporate office), AT&T Broadband (corporate headquarters), Herman Miller, Inc (headquarter workplace and product showcase).
