I forecast company invoices, reimbursement requests, travel claims, direct buy purchases, and vendor payment requests through ImageNow software for the Payment Services department. I administer and prepare ProCard and Travel Concur cards to employees of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. I reconcile ProCard statements by uploading them into ImageNow software. I respond to inquiries from employees through phone and email and propose solutions. I review approved catering lists for organizations and departments while organizing and uploading invoices to be reviewed.

I generate lesson plans and presentations for events, workshops, and Center for Leadership facilitation courses. I engage with higher education students and propose partnerships with student organizations and professional staff. I facilitate growth by engaging in team 1 on 1's for ongoing advising and support as well as participate in weekly meetings, trainings, and retreats. I participate in student outreach for leadership program certificates and create short announcements and pitches about the Center for Leadership at university events. I facilitate an Emerging Leadership Series within the Center for Leadership to higher education students who want to develop leadership skills and gain experience communicating in a culturally diverse environment.
