The Employee Relations team fosters productive relationships with a solutions-oriented approach for employees across Asana. We sit at the intersection of the People Team, Legal, and Compliance. We manage complex and nuanced cases with high levels of discretion and confidentiality such as performance issues, dispute resolution, investigations, terminations & more. I believe that an Employee Relations function is a critical piece to creating and maintaining equity, inclusion, and belonging in a workplace.
