Facilitate high impact, cloud­ specific Success Accelerator Customer engagements virtually targeted at all levels of an organization (C­-level, VP, Mid-­Level Management and Project Team) to drive stronger salesforce.com product adoption and transform organizations.Ensure Success Accelerator engagements address specific target areas within defined scope and address Customers’ corresponding concrete business goals.Drive business and technical requirements discussions with Customers and provide relevant best practice recommendations.Deliver accelerators within estimated delivery times to maintain utilization target while ensuring quality.Maintain and ensure accurate forecasting and engagement details of Accelerator deliveriesFollow-up on CSAT survey and business outcome responses, sharing ongoing feedback into the program team.Apply project management skills to effectively manage and complete multiple simultaneous Accelerator engagements within defined timelines and quality guidelines.Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.Promote additional Accelerators, Services and best practices that align to the Customer’s Salesforce Success Journey.Develop productive relationships with internal teams, providing thought leadership and closed loop feedback.Maintain and grow technology and domain expertise, staying current on all related Salesforce.com products and services.

- Respond to customer requests that have been escalated by Tier 1 analysts- Answer technical questions, solve technical problems, and suggest appropriate workarounds related to supported applications- Resolve user issues and manage complex service problems- Develop and maintain technical expertise of Salesforce features and limitations- Manage customer (of all AOV bands) expectations of case handling including service level agreement timelines and correspondence-Create knowledge base materials for both internal reference and customer facing- Research, document, and escalate cases to R&D when warranted- Maintain certifications and other internal accrediations- Actively participate in improving best practices to enhance the case handling experience for the customer- Engage the Account teams or Legal teams should a contractual issue arise - Create pilot nominations by request of the user to beta test new features and provide feedback to R&D- Set expectations and transfer cases to other GEOs when necessary to provide continuous and seamless case support- Preparation planning for release windows- Participate in the Salesforce.com Foundation 1/1/1 integrated philanthropy with volunteering events
