I processed and described four collections related to suffragist Matilda Joslyn Gage and her family, including L. Frank Baum and Oz materials. The collections included correspondence, photographs, financial documents, sketches, published and unpublished writings, rare books, clothing, memorabilia, and other materials. I also cataloged the Foundation’s rare.

My primary job responsibilities involved editing scholarly manuscripts, especially in the humanities and social sciences. I also completed a customer service training rotation and spent some time engaged in customer service responsibilities, including evaluating and responding to complaints and answering customer questions. I continued to apply customer.

I assessed student submissions in two courses, Composition I and II, for competency and provided written feedback to clearly communicate how a submission did/did not meet competency. The role involved meeting performance targets and calibrating with team members by regularly reviewing data.
