+ Train raters on calibration with rubrics and proper scoring techniques.+Manage essay raters by delegating responsibilities, providing feedback, and constructive criticism.+ Score student essays for the Advanced Placement World History Exam according to the applicable College Board Rubric.+ Collaborate with peers in formulating new and effective strategies for student engagement via the Continuing Education programs implemented by the College Board.
