InsiderScore (now Verity), which merged with Boston-based SaaS research management software provider MackeyRMS in February 2021, provides hundreds of the world's most important institutional money managers with a best-of-breed investment and research management software platform, in addition to invaluable data and analytics. As both the Accounting Manager and Office Supervisor at the company, I handled a variety of responsibilities:+ Oversaw the company's general ledger (including AR and AP), bank reconciliations, sales and state reporting, taxes (U.S. & Canadian), 401(k) withholdings, audits, and payroll for 50+ employees.+ Coordinated with the Sales and Account Management teams to create and prepare new client agreements, compliance paperwork, and NDAs; collected and recorded payments and followed up with delinquent accounts in a friendly and firm manner. + Built and nurtured strong client relationships; acted as both a first point of contact and a liaison for clients, assisted them in signing paperwork, ensured their smooth transfer to an account manager, and facilitated communication between them and the account managers.+ Collaborated with senior management and brokers to select and offer various tier health insurances to employees; handled insurance enrollments, HSA withholdings, and COBRA notifications, receipts, and payments.+ Fulfilled the role of the head of HR for a growing startup; maintained employee records and data, managed all corporate credit card expenses and reconciliations, collected required paperwork and tax forms during the onboarding process, guided and educated employees about insurance and 401(k) options, and oversaw all company and vendor contracts.+ Tracked monthly metrics including sales, expansions, losses, problem accounts, and outstanding license agreements; frequently reviewed these metrics with the sales manager and account managers.

McGraw–Hill is an American learning math company and one of the "big three" educational publishers that provides customized educational content, software, and services for pre-K through postgraduate education. During my time with the company, I served as a sales representative who specialized in the areas of business and economics. Acting as a liaison between college professors and the sales team, I assessed customer needs and strived to create a positive customer service experience.

Anne-Ellen Christmas Tree Farm is a family-owned and operated choose-and-cut Christmas tree farm in Manalapan, NJ. Outside of trees, the farm also sells holiday ornaments and decor. As owner/operator (and namesake!) of the Anne-Ellen Christmas Tree Farm Shop, I marketed and sold Christmas items and fresh greenery to hundreds of customers every holiday season. Beyond purchasing and displaying all of the items, I also trained and managed multiple employees who worked in the shop and in the greenery and concession areas. In addition, I created and managed a direct mailing list and handled all necessary accounting functions.
