This role then transitioned to overseeing the consolidation of multiple brand reporting arms into a central team. The BI division was comprised of three separate teams; Development team who were responsible for database administration, SQL server management, and performing ad-hoc development tasks related to operational process optimization using an array of programming languages. Data Analysts who were responsible for the customer facing report delivery per contracted requirements, the preparation of client review documents on behalf of the programme management team, and who were tasked with the automation of report requirements via SSRS, and more recently MS Power BI.Data Quality Assurance team were the drivers of data integrity, and quality awareness training throughout our organization. During my time at CWT I lead a team of 4 data analysts who were responsible for the extracting, cleansing & reporting of customer information, as well as supporting the programme management team in the preparation of customer facing programme review documents.

In this role, I assisted the Marketing Director for Singapore Airlines GSA in South Africa with advertising and marketing related activities, including budget management, event coordination and reporting. Using a combination of SAP Business Objects and MS Excel, I provided Travel Agency support statistics & market related analysis in support of discovering route expansion opportunities and identifying strategic partners in the South African market to grow Singapore Airlines Marketshare.
