I have worked in traffic, criminal, and civil divisions of the Franklin County Municipal Court. Enter case information, create notices, correspond with various court personnel, judges, attorneys, defendants, etc. Assist the public providing accurate information regarding various types of cases,

Prepare legal documents for numerous county courts with proper execution in a timely manner, notify all parties for hearings, maintain accurate records on each case, answer phone, operate all office equipment, correspond with Judge's, court personnel, attorney's, bankruptcy court, financial institutions

Initiate citations into computer, receive and enforce payments, subpoena officers, witnesses, and defendants for court hearings, prepare court docket working with prosecutors, attorneys, and mayor. Issue arrest warrants, report violations and driver's license suspensions and releases to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Prepare reports for City Council.

Assist passengers with travel needs at ticket counter and gates, As an auditor, I opened the facility in the morning distributing agent bags containing monies, forms, keys and audited the return of the items at the end of the shifts. Balance and deposit all monies daily. I worked in the Club when needed.

Same responsibilities as above for Assistant Clerk of Court

Coordinate adult evening classes with curriculum, supplies, and materials. Enroll students assisting them with employment search and financial aid. Advertise programs, hire instructors, assist organizations with their special needs for education, prepare payroll and maintain staff records.

Assist district manager and warehouse supervisor with records, reports,insurance, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and numerous projects. Interview and hire employees as well as initiate the training program. Maintain accurate records on employee attendance and performance. Supervise billing department and assist other company offices with product.
