Managed organizational and programmatic operations for a national non-profit that provided school communities with tools to integrate Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) with contemplative practices.

Managed silver and gold jewelry production and the day-to-day operations of a jewelry design studio.

Managed two components of Hazen’s grantmaking portfolio, including its Youth Development/Youth Organizing Program and the Mississippi site of the Public Education Program.

Directed FCYO’s national grantmaking and capacity building program, supporting multi-issue youth-led community organizing.

Contributed to the development of funding strategies for Beldon’s national environmental and environment justice grants program with annual giving of $12 million, including focus on youth leadership.
