Monitors resulting activity for purposes of briefing the Executive.• Provide analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve Executive of and/or assist with complex details and advanced administrative duties.• Assist in coordinating activities between NAADAC, its affiliates, and various outside parties including other non-profit organizations, foundations, contactors, funders, and local and state elected officials.• Assist with preparing regular reports by calculating figures, entering information, collating materials, and securing confidential financial data to be presented.• Keep abreast of Executive’s immediate and long-term commitments and plans; identifies conflicts, flagsproblems for intervention, and corrects course as appropriate.• Mange the Executive’s calendar, daily itinerary, and travel itineraries.• Demonstrate an ability to interact with people of all backgrounds, cultures, and affiliations at all levels and across all sectors (non-profit, public, private.), including NAADAC members.
