As the Director of Student Support at Wake Technical Community College, I have over seven years of experience in creating and implementing leadership development strategies and programs for employees, students, and community executives. I am also EPIC certified, which means I have the skills and knowledge to design and deliver effective online courses and instruction.My mission is to expand the visibility and impact of employee development programs and key student support systems by focusing on team building, communication, and community engagement. I have spearheaded national and state initiatives to promote student leadership, such as the statewide student government association that provides guidance to local SGA boards at the 58 institutions within the NC Community College System. Through these diverse experiences, I have formed long-standing relationships with a broad network of business, education, and community organizations, which has ensured the success and growth of program participants.
