• Work closely with the ultrasound depot repair and electronic board repair teams
• Create repair orders, customer quotes, purchase orders, and shipments
• Issue materials for the parts and repair team as needed
• Process and manage the reconciliation and communication required for declines, non-repairable, and non-conforming materials awaiting approval, and internal repairs
• Utilize Acumatica ERP

• Assist the Executive Director in all administrative functions
• Organize trade shows and training conferences for specialty law enforcement
• Solicit vendors for upcoming trade shows. These included weapons manufacturers,tactical gear distributers, vehicle manufacturers, and other operational supportproviders
• Make outgoing calls to law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies to determine theirtraining needs and educate them on our offering of curriculum
• Maintain social media presence for the organization via Instagram and Facebook
• Lead a reciprocal marketing project which resulted in 20 of our current vendorspromoting our training
